Meredith
Thatcher joined Carroll Thatcher Planning Group in 1982 and
has been President since 1997. She is a facility strategic planner
and a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) with extensive experience
in the public and private sectors. Meredith is a Senior Advisor
to the International Centre for Facilities, a qualified instructor
for the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and
speaks regularly in Canada and the United States on facility issues.
In 2005, Meredith was honoured by being named an IFMA Fellow.
The most prestigious title bestowed by IFMA, this designation
recognizes outstanding contribution and services rendered to the

Tanya
Irvine is a Senior Interior Designer with Carroll Thatcher
Planning Group Inc., responsible for day-to-day management of
space planning and design projects. Tanya became a Certified Facility
Manager in 2006, and is registered as an Interior Designer in

Cindy Breedyk is a Senior Interior Designer with Carroll
Thatcher Planning Group. She has been involved in all areas of
design and accommodation planning including accommodation studies,
conceptual design, image updates, project management, detail design,
furniture specifications and installation, cost estimating, and
site reviews. Cindy is registered as an Interior Designer in Ontario

Amie Myszkowski is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. She has successfully completed several difficult projects that had time, budget and logistic constraints. She is proficient in AutoCAD, project scheduling, space planning, design and contract administration. Thatcher, a principal of Carroll Thatcher Planning Group,
is a Certified Management Consultant with a broad background in
the practical application of information management and analysis.
