Carroll
Thatcher Planning Group continues to be a leader in sharing our
knowledge with the professional Facility Management community,
as evidenced by this list of selected articles, conference proceedings,
courses, and contributions to books.
In January 2008, Buildings magazine asked Meredith Thatcher to contribute to the article Your Professional Legacy Begins (And Ends) With A Succession Plan.
Based on her research for her presentation Passing the Torch: Corporate Succession Planning, Meredith shared her thoughts on the importance of creating and following through with a succession plan that will ensure business continuity – the necessity of getting buy-in from all levels of management, and the importance of looking at the bigger picture rather than just one position.
