to your tenants - current and new:
- CTPG
can do a quick study of how much square footage (square meters)
they currently occupy and what impact their future projections
would have on the amount of leaseable space required
- We
can then do a fit test of a variety of spaces available in your
building to see where they would fit best
- Once
the appropriate amount of square footage is decided upon, CTPG
can provide a blocking layout to your tenant to determine if
the space accommodates the proper adjacencies and work flows
- With
blocking plan approval, we can then design a layout, being careful
to use base building standards
- Work
with the tenant to transform the existing or new space - freeing
up your property managers to manage the building rather than
tenant renovation projects.
